So just a quick queston about faction members declaring war.
I just finished defeating the Allies as Germany and now all of Europe and Asia are either part of Germany, Japan, Italy ect. or they are puppet states. So there are no free countries besides the American countries since USA never joined the war and neither did S-America.
Now that there's peace, I received a notification that Japan is justifying a war goal against me! Can Japan do that? They are still in the Axis as are all of China and the other countries around it. So do I really have to prep for war or is this just something will bybass? I don't want fight Japan because I want to fight USA.
Also in the diplomacy screen, I have no war goal indicator. The only thing is the note on top of the screen saying that Japan is justifying wargoal.

You'll get that notification sometimes if a country is taking a national focus that gives them a war goal against any of your puppets, even if you're in the same faction. They won't be able to declare war, but you'll still get the notification.
