Has anyone else had trouble with the mod's music being completely garbled? Both the GitHub version and the stable version just give me an auditory mess where there should be music.
It happens once in a while for me (if you are referring to the sometimes loud static noises)

I think americanists, if they aren't all made into a republic, as well as rust cultists and maybe cetics, should have a feudal government type that lets them hold cities without penalty.

Sounds like an apt, if understated (I'd rather it was static) description of the noise, except it happens all the time on every track except the titlescreen track. So far, my only recourse has been completely muting the music.

It would be cool if the americanists had the option to hold trials for prisoners, and punish them accordingly if they're found guilty/ release them if they prove innocence. Kind of like the trials in the Game of Thrones mod minus the trials by combat.

Hey Folks, I have a favor to ask all of you. We're all eagerly awaiting for a 2.4 compatible version of the mod and I'm actually planning to create an AAR shortly after, I need to see whether they're going to include Nomads in the mod, based around the Nine Worthies.
I wasn't sure where to ask this, since there isn't a sub-forum for this mod, but I need a second opinion on how to handle apart of it, especially since one thing in particular has been bothering me. Would you guys think the Caribbean/Gulf of Mexico is better suited for being a "Mediterranean equivalent" or the Great Lakes region. Because originally I was planning on making the Great Lakes the go-to spot, but I was also thinking about the diversity that the Gulf had would suit it better.

I just committed a version to Git that is mostly compatible with the patch. I haven't played for more than a few years and haven't touched the events folder yet, and clicking on the Fort/Trade Post view causes a CTD, but other than that it seems to work.

Are any other regions planned for the nomads? I haven't played yet, but from what I see in the Git it looks like the nomads are currently only in the deserts of Arixo, western Rio Grande, and northern Mexico, which I definitely like. However, I still think they fit the Great Plains and Texas even better, regions that come with actual steppe terrain.

Just got the github, amazed you guys already got it functional! Already got 20 years in already np, but I noticed St Louis is no longer a catholic holy site? I remember ppl wanting a neognostic holy site so is that a WAD? Also there's a strange purple-pink hue on come chars images

Just got the github, amazed you guys already got it functional! Already got 20 years in already np, but I noticed St Louis is no longer a catholic holy site? I remember ppl wanting a neognostic holy site so is that a WAD? Also there's a strange purple-pink hue on come chars images
The Catholic holy site St. Louis has been corrected. It was a casualty of the compatibility fixing process.

Notalbanian made major changes to a ton of files to bring in patch functionality, and I just did some complicated merges to bring in hundreds of patch changes to the event files. It's likely we missed something, so be sure to let us know about any other bugs that pop up.

I noticed the purple aura on a couple characters as well, not sure what the deal is with that. The ones I noticed were religious heads, so that might be related.

sweet! so since the process of adapting ATE to 2.4.1 is well underway, what are the conditions for releasing an official 0.6? are you guys going to mainly be doing compatability changes and call it a release once everything is stable again? or will you do compatability alongside adapting new features?
