Cool thanks! The vanilla ruler designer is fully compatible with AtE.

Columbia is somewhat of a poetic name for the US of A, and given the AtE Southrons' fascination with the antique (down to Antiquity-inspired names like Leonidas), they probably adopted it to sound pompous, to garner dignity.
well they definitely are more centralized then a confederacy should be, sense one of the defining aspects of a confederation is that member states can leave whenever they want... and that's not an option without an independence revolt.Or do we have a state that is "neither Holy, nor Columbian, nor a Confederacy," to paraphrase Voltaire?
What makes the "Holy Columbian Confederacy" Columbian? Its capital is Charleston, right, so what does that refer to? An important event in Columbia? Columbia as in the representation of America? Or do we have a state that is "neither Holy, nor Columbian, nor a Confederacy," to paraphrase Voltaire?
Well, there is also Grand Columbia in what was once British Columbia. As others have said it refers to something of a alternative name for America. It's the same reason King's College was renamed Columbia University after independence. Also, if you're referring to the South American nation, it is spelled "Colombian" not "Columbian".
I'm trying to play under a Merchant Republic as one of the barons and not the actual leader, but with every Merchant Republic I try, someone declares a tributary war and wins, then I game over. Why does this happen? Does the Republic desolve under a tributary for some reason? Or can I only really play as the leader if I want to be able to stick around?
I have the latest github version (I think so at least, the github doesn't seem to have been updated since june 5) and a lot of big events don't seem to be triggering properly. Consumerist uprising fires, but Evangelical reformation and russian and japanese invasion don't ever fire in 4 separate games with the latest patch. I don't know if british and brazilian invasion works, haven't played that far.
Does anyone else have this problem? Or is this just me and I have to do a reinstall?
I set it to ten years and expanded the range to entire pacific coast using custom region mechanics. That way I get Russians in PanamaOh I see it now, that's really strange. What mtth did you set it to? Thanks for the reply in any case.
If dev activity is minimal I guess it doesn't matter, but there are still a lot of small things that don't really work well since the last vanilla patch. Everyone can do a sky burial, the recent baseline tech level increase means a 50% ahead penalty and everyone and their mother getting primogeniture within 10 years, muslim rules for using carousing focus and so on.
I really hope the mod isn't abandoned, I basically never play regular CK2 anymore, the mod is really great. If it is I will probably start trying to muck about with the mod to make the changes myself, but we'll see.
Not unless the devs do it themselves, since only they have admin privileges to repo.Is there any chance of a new branch could be opened up to add the suggestions and changes from here?
I have the same problem. Anybody have any advice?Hey guys, don't know if it's posted already, but every time I try to load the mod the game crases (it just straight-up exits) soon after the loading bar hits "Loading Flags". I've made sure the game is at 2.7.0 too. Any advice?
