That's pretty common even in vanilla though. At the start of the game, there are very few marriage options for most players outside of randomly generated courtiers. I really doubt expanding diplomatic range would change that. You could try manually searching for unmarried christian female rulers if you think there are any, they might not necessarily show up on the find spouse pane. Usually you just have to take the prestige hit until the next generation comes of age naturally.

What is the context of that happening? Is there an event or something, or just random troops somehow appear?I don't know if it's me who have a bug or not but when I play the republic of Nouvelle-Orlean an army of 12000 men pop in my capital. It's useful to win war but the cost really expensive
Brits have historically hated the French though. If they were any Canadian religion, it'd be High Church, which is more Anglican.
There are three Redcoat conversion events: Catholic, High Church, and Occultist. Each one is triggered by the Redcoats controlling a province of the appropriate religion (with a random element so it doesn't always happen). Thus, the Catholic one is unlikely to trigger given the relative positions of Catholics and Redcoats. There is room for more such events; the vanilla equivalents have five different religions to which the Mongols might convert. I would guess that the absence of Ursulines is probably due to the reasons you state, but maybe Confederated should be added in case the Canadian Churches are already unified by the time the Redcoats arrive?

Anyone have an idea what's causing the seduction crashes? I don't own WoL so I can't do testing easily.
I haven't been having any issues with the seduction focus so your guess is as good as mine.
