Did a WC + Fetishist one faith as Kongo. Picked up the African power achievement along the way as well.
I haven't seen a Fetishist one faith before, so here is one. The most annoying part is that vassals can get +2 heathen tolerance from Fetishist + 100 legitimacy, which will give no negative tolerance for heathens. Thus they won't convert provinces. Using the "Place relative on throne" can only be done once to counteract this. Thus you will need a vassal swarm (I started using it after DIP 23, so I got the imperialism CB).
