African Power Achievement not triggering? Help?

Hey all,

As far as i'm aware i did cap all the required provinces, yet the achievement did not trigger. Ironman is on, cant seem to get it. Care to help out?

Diego Garcia is part of "africa" if I'm not mistaken. Use the regions mapmode to check.

Thanks for the fast reply! Indeed its the little rascal Diego! Checked the wiki and that said it was some indonesia island, so figured i could skip it! Off i go!
