I can never see the bonus from advisors applied to units.
If I go into units details or if I try to make a variant of the unit the extra bonus is not visible.
I don't know if it ever gets applied, but I would like to be able to see it especially when doing a variant.
If I have increased reliability and stacking it with other modifiers tanks could get upgrade heaviliy in armor and gun with out suffering much of a reliablity hit.
Every where a stat is shown it should be shown with the moddified amount of every moddifier even if it is not necessarily a modifier you keep through out the game, it will just change back at that point.
