Other than only having estates only in accepted culture, is there a way to predict where the advisor you hire from estates would be coming from? I seem to almost always get them from Kannada, which is one of my few estates that are not accepted culture (did it because of free core from vassal integration). Is it somehow based on tax base? Or purely random and I just get unlucky every single time? And this is important because i want to promote them to 5*.
