I love the Art of War DLC it brings a lot of new elements to the gameplay, and in my newest grand campaign with France i was wondering if there was any advice on how to force the revolution to spring? I'm only in 1680-something, I own the British isles, North america, most of spain and will soon become emperor. Is the requirements the same as in pre-1.8 patch? do i just force my war exhaustion up? or do i need to keep other elements in mind?
