I can imprison traitors for wanting to do something like taking a county or doing some minor insult to me... but if someone threatens to declare a major invasion on me and I get him to be in my realm - or he declares from it, yes that happens - I can not imprison him without -40 relations. HOW?! Why?! Did you just miss that? I had this happened many times in the past, but at some points I have to put the foot down and not eat -40 relations to stop them.
How does this even happen?
Normally only exiled people - or married off descendants - can use this on you.
1)However there is the obvious long lasting and never fixed bug of the event triggering for people in your realm during a revolt. So if person XYZ is in court of revoltee A, the event can fire. And even if you defeat the revolt in time, you can't prevent the invasion without a -40 relation.
2) Even if it is not the former bug, but you conquer the lands of the ass the claimant invader is hiding in, you can still not imprison them without getting -40 relations.
Solution:
A) Don't make invasions be declared from realms in rebellion.
AND
B) Make "adventurer threat" people be able to be imprisoned. It is treason if they are in your realm. PERIOD.
