I was wondering, if let's say you want to transfer your admiral from Baltic to Black Sea Fleet, do you have to circumnavigate around the Europe, or maybe, the guy can un-glue his butt from the deck and do some walkie-walkie down South?:)

A lot of admirals served as generals, why not implement this in EU2 along with obvious silliness of admiral being glued to his ship.

Paradox, please?

this would suffer the same fate as the suggestion to spawn leaders. Greven said that to have admirals appear in the capitals- independent of their ships- would require building a new set of code. So in short, the answer is probably no.
