Two points:

1. I have no idea what your motivation and thinking behind most of these are. They look like just randomly changing things for the sake of changing them. You might want to actually explain your reasoning.

2. Putting a powerful idea like monthly autonomy reduction into an already powerful group like administrative doesn't seem like a good plan to me.

1. The lastest patches give lots of new modifiers. Ideas Groups were not updated from ages. The reason of changes is to REFRESH them.

2. Moving autonomy to Humanist, adding inflation reduction cost to Administrative.

btw Imnovative needs a buff. It's weak and has no utility as other Groups have. Techning and monarch points save fits to it.

I dont get why you wanna buff Economics, since last patch, playing tall is already strong enough as it is (to a point I dont even bother having more than 25'ish 30 Provinces on most countries). Not to mention Economic Policies which are just "too good to pass" for some of them. Makes Quality a group to grab for the finisher and the Policy alone.

Religius, why not, the extra 2% Missionnary strength on heretics feels nice post European reform (the quicker they convert, the less risk of a revolt popping up and a few ducats saved in the process) but I get the +10 Absolutism (Divine Right Monarchy)

Humanist, the good side of Humanism is how overall it means less revolt which means less harsh treatment, less manpower and money spent on said revolts. With your system (not saying it's bad, just how I understand it) I'll have to trade less MP to shutdown revolts when before I had an overall quieter country but hard to stop revolts.

Innovative, I'm shared on the group, it's one of those "pick me early or dont pick me" group so I wouldnt mind a few tweaks on it, might be a bit too strong with your version, (Depending by what you meant by "all power cost" if that applies to Doctrines, Developping, Stability etc etc, can be truely a monster idea). The way you rewrote it, I wouldnt even think twice and grab it as a first or second group, depending where I am and opponents I face. That and the actual policies would make the choice a bit "no brain" maybe (just put Defensive / Offensive / Economics on top of it and you got a Tall Sieging machine and seeing how important it is to grab forts before the opponents can munster a force to kick you out of the siege).

I'm not saying change or your ideas are bad, I'm merely giving my 2 cents about some of it.
