Firstly, I would like to address the Culture lay out of Southern Italy. The Sicilian culture is far to widespread, It should only be present on the isle itself, and in the Duchy of Calabria (Calabrese and Sicilians are closely related, both through language and culture). The remaining areas that have Sicilian culture, should be swapped out for the Neapolitan culture. The Neapolitan culture is more accurate representation of the cultures that reside in Salerno, Capua, Apuglia, Abruzzo/Molise, and of course Napoli (which also needs more building slots to represent the importance of the City).

Secondly, the county of Molise would take the place of Lanciano, the former being much more important during the Norman rule. For comparison, Lanciano is a city and Molise is a region. The size of Lanciano hardly justifies assigning it to an entire county in my opinion.
Or conversely, just split the two off. Keep Lanciano within the duchy of Spoleto, and then add Molise into the Duchy of Benevento.
