Adjusting Default Org

Quick question to anyone who can supply the answer,

Just doing some modifications to defaultorg. Example: Soviets have Defaultorg = 10. Yet when I change it to Defaultorg = 15, the actual org remains unchanged in the game. Will it change once they're in combat? Do I need to change the org of every unit? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

As far as I understand it new units built will get the values you set in the units files. Starting OOB units will override those values if they are specified in the INC file. (this gives designers more power to customize individual units but it can make it a nightmare for modders trying to make mass changes).
