Additional Research Teams for Minors?

Is it possible to get more research teams for minor nations by expanding territory or Industry Points in Core? If so what are the thresholds for getting a third team for a country like Sweden?

AFAIR 40 IC, just like vanilla.
20, 60 and 80 for 2/4/5 teams

The levels for tech team slots are hard coded into the exe, so they are just the same as vanilla : 0-19 IC = 1 slot, 20-39 IC = 2 slots, 40-59 IC = 3 slots, 60-79 IC = 4 slots, 80+ IC = 5 slots. Note that this is BASE IC, not effective IC.
