Additional planning commands

Okay, so I have searched for information, but haven't found anything helpful.

There are three icons that have appeared in the army commands box above the click on front, garrison these areas, etc. commands. Appear to be something to do with planning, but I'm am completely unclear how they are used and whether you activate them when you draw up a plan or when you initiate an offensive.

Could those be the special abilities FM and some generals can use in exchange for Command Power? If so, then this wiki page might help you:

me too. I'm not sure but it looks like some izigames that I know, I think you should try it.
