Currently there is only one flood wall ingame. I always use them next to a river so they are essential to me. I'd like to see higher ones and some which do not use so much space. The standard flood wall sometimes gets flooded even when there is no tsunami.

I'd like to see more here (haven't found anything on the workshop). It is required in terms of counter part for tsunamis.

To reduce or stabilizing the water level, you can act on the water level by many ways :
- Water pumps, which lowers the level of the river while pumping the water. Make sure water is pumped …
- Dam, which lowers the level of the river, stabilize its level and produces electricity if correctly built

With these solutions, you will lowers the river. So thats why you do not need a higher flood wall for the river. For tsunamis on waterfront, try to built canals or drill the seafloor to reduce the impact of water … but like in real life, the only way to avoid the impacts is to not built close to it

That's just an expensive and inefficient workaround and useless in terms of peaks ;)
