I always thought it was unfair that Austria's tech teams didn't get added to Germany after it annexes Austria by event. How would I go about adding Austria's tech teams to Germany's tech teams in a saved game?

If you're playing with Armag. I think you can just click on the tech. team takeover box in options when the game begins. However, I never play Germany, so I'm not sure if this works for the Anschluss event.... and if you don't have Armag. then my advice isn't much good.
