adding stuff to IC

I have added my AOD German minister/leader list to IC-Armageddon, but only one show up how can I make the game read them? I have been using the old doomsday editor. it worked 96% of times when I added leaders and ministers to AOD.

How can open more tech slots because options in the IC configuration dont work.

Slots depends of Industrial capacity, you get a slot every 20 IC points

OK, but any advice ho to add new ministers to this game? the doomsday editor wont work well.
