Adding new text, via its own file

Has anyone managed to add a new amount of text (for events and such like), via its own text file in the config subfolder?

If so, can you explain it here please.

Why?

You can put it in existing (small) ones. It really does not matter, where it stands, the file just has to be read at the start of the game.

But you could move all e.g. "new_text.csv" stuff into "extra_text.csv" and then use "new_text.csv" as your file.

Thank you but that not the answer I expected. Is it possible or not?

I will to know if any one has managed to do this for modding purposes as I want to keep my text seperate from the files released by the PI, thats all.
