Adding new parties to a running game

I'm currently playing as Persia, and I'm kind of bothered by the fact that they only have one party even though I have introduced suffrage and free parties... so looking through the files I find that there is only one party in Persias party file. Since I have no desire to restart my game is there anyway I can add parties to my current game? Also does anyone have some good ideas for Persian parties?

Actually I've already searched that thread for info, but it revolves more around events... but thanks anyways.

Go to your Goodies file, use the Party Editor, open the Persia file, add a party, save it. The party should work then, even without restarting the game.

On the victoria cd is a folder goodies. Open it and then open the folder party editor.
Then start the VicParty.exe!
