Ok here's the deal, i would like to add ministers to my Newfoundland nation, I already have the minister pics, but i need to know how to add ministers to a nation. If anyone could help, i would be quite grateful, thanks.

Copy a different nation's minister file, paste it in the folder, rename the new file so that it reads the Newfoundland TAG instead of whatever TAG it had, and then change the minister names/traits to your own.

Make sure the last line of the file is a blank space. The last line is ignored by the game, so if you don't have an extra blank line then your last minister will be ignored. ;)

If there's no loading problem, but the ministers are still not there, then you may have your minister file saved as a regular notepad document. It doesn't work to just open a notepad, paste the text information, and rename it to look like one of the files.

Did you copy an actual other minister file (not just the text; the whole file) and paste it in the folder?

By the way... when you get this working like you want, could you post the information here in the boards? I'd like to add Newfoundland to my game--it did exist, after all.
