The mod form is kind of dead, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem if I put this thread here.
I've been trying to mod my game so that I can put in more nations, but something is going correctly. I did the same steps I would do to add in a nation in EU3, so what am I missing? I'll give more details in a bit... (away from the comp with the game atm)
