Would it be possible to add a flag for some of the minor events? I keep getting the "Ohh, pretty horse!" event, losing 10 prestige every time, even if it was just a week or two ago that I couldnt afford the horse. I don't know how much it costs (pretty sure it's over 150 though), and 10 prestige when you don't have that much gold is quite significant. I'd suggest limiting it to maybe 1 every few years, if possible.
