OS: Windows 7, 64bit
GPU: nVidia GTX 970
App: Maya 2016, Service pack 6
Game: Stellaris (Portrait animation/export)
Problem: Once you add the "animation" attribute to the root, and key the animations properly for export, attempting to play or skim the animation timeline causes Maya to freeze when it hits a transition between animation enums.
Temporary fix: Don't add the animation attribute to the root/key it properly, until you're done making all the animations and keep a clean backup of the scene.
