I think it would be a great feature for players to change ironman saves to normal saves (but not vice versa of course).
If someone (especially new players) starts a game in ironman mode but then feels like he doesn't want to continue on that difficulty and want just play relaxed (without fear of mistakes) for fun but don't want to start the game all over again.
I've already seen a lot of threads about this on different forums - people are trying to use some decoders like ironmelt but game crashes after loading those saves.
