Add Me on Steam for Mutiplayer if you want for big matches???

I want people to play games paradox games with me because everytime i join a server i get kicked out for no reason and that sucks...I really want to have 32 player games and people to add on Steam my user name is EASTROMANEMPERORIMMORTAL....i feel like Im missing out and that sucks....
