Currently there are five automatic Improve relations available: neighbours, subjects, outraged countries, allies, and threatening countries. I think it would be very nice if HRE countries were included as well, or at least the emperor + electors. Playing as the emperor or an elector who wants to top off relations inside the HRE would be a lot smoother with that mechanic available.
