Hi in persia the Shahnameh is one of the most important things in literature. It was also a goal by Ferdowsi to preserve the persian language and to keep the iranian identity against arabs. It had and has a huge impact on iranian/persian identity until today. It was written between c. 977 and 1010 and there could be an event chain maybe based on the real legend based on the Shanameh to create a book for a persian ruler to get it. It should give maybe some impact based on the RL impact that book had and maybe some special events cause of its favour of the religion by Zoroaster and maybe some ideas for a zoarasteric reborn of the persian empire, which is already in the game.
