Right now, the province of Anjou, owned by Provence at the start of the game, has no other country with cores on it. Commonly, Anjou is taken by Brittany, which creates a quite awkward border, or Provence exists solely within Anjou while missing Provence itself.

I suggest adding the latent tag of Anjou, representing the Duchy of Anjou, which technically still exists in 1444.

They can have French ducal ideas & missions, a core on Anjou, and here is their flag:

Additionally, Anjou holds an important place in European history, being one of the capitals of the Plantagenets, and the primary title of the current ruler of Provence. Perhaps Anjou could be in personal union with Provence? Just an idea.
