When we send diplomats to other countries we get instant effect BUT the returning time is an info that we don't have.
So basically, the question is "How many days will take for my diplomat to come back home?"
If it's 20 Janaury and my diplomats in, let's say, Russia will take 12 days to come back I would recall him next month to get another "improve relation" month.
If I dont know this info, I can lose a month of his work since he is returning and will arrive 1 day after I need.
Simple and usefull: Add the line "This diplomat will take XX days to return home if recalled" in the outliner tooltip.
