Burkhan Khaldun is the most sacred mountain in Mongolia and an important place of pilgrimage. Mongolians believe that this mountain is a birthplace and tomb of great Genghis Khan. If we have mount Fuji "monument" then Burkhan Khaldun may be a "monument" for tengri hordes with altaic culture. Here are possible bonuses:

Lvl 1:

Province: -10% devcost, -0.05 monthly devastation
Area:
Global: +0.25 yearly prestige

Lvl 2:

Province: -15% devcost, -0.05 monthly devastation
Area:
Global: +0.5 yearly prestige, +0.5 horde unity, +20% raze power

Lvl 3:

Province: -20% devcost
Area: -0.05 monthly devastation
Global: +1 yearly prestige, +1 horde unity, +33% raze power

fuji monument have been explicitly stated to not be the mountain itself, but the temple sites conected to the mountain, only man made infrastructure qualifies as monument

Burkhan Khaldun is a place where Ikh Khorig (Great Taboo) area is situated. It's a burial place of Mongol khans, where, according to legends, were buried Genghis, Kublai and Mongke. So let's say that Burkhan Khaldun monument is also not a mountain itself.

I think using Orhon valley cultural landscape would be better, the current monastery used a theo nly monument in mongolia is pretty dull

I also did have a suggestion on how to use the hoyl mountains of tengriism for a mechanic to buff that religion
