Add another exception to vassals picking estate privilege "Grant Orthodox Autonomy"

Currently, the AI weigh to grant this burgher estate privilege is 1000.

If a country is a vassal AND the overlord has religious ideas, then the weight is 0.


However, this creates this weird situation, that if you as an overlord don't have religious ideas, but your vassals do have religious ideas (because you want them to convert stuff), then they will still pick it and thus not convert the land.

So my suggestion is, that there should be another exception. Add another 0 weight modifier, if the vassal has religious ideas. So make it either overlord has religious ideas, or the vassal itself.


I've had quite a bit of headache conquering eastern europe and giving it to vassals to convert it faster (using their and my missionaries) so much so, that I had to make a mod removing this privilege entirely, because my vassals wouldn't stop picking it.

This is still a thing. And its so annoying, especially with something like Byzantine/Novgorodian vassal who always have Religious ideas and will never convert balkans for you.
