Add an event for Ottomans to make Aceh a subject

It would be a cool flavor event for the Ottomans to get Aceh as a subject, since they were a protectorate of the Ottomans 1569–1903 irl, and since the Ottomans don't get any Malaya related mission in their MT, at least an event would be nice.

I don't know which subject type they should be though. Probably not a vassal, but maybe a tributary like Crimea? Or maybe a trade protectorate (a new subject type to be added in 1.35)? Tbh I think the last option would make the most sense.

As for the requirements, I guess having really good relations or an alliance should be enough? Idk, if you have any suggestion as to the requirements, write them in a reply.

Irl they sent cannons, in game making them tributaries would mean ottoman armies marching through castile to siege down lisbon. They may have claimed to be an ottoman protectorate, but the great powers ruled against this and prevented the Ottomans joining the 535 dutch aceh wars in the victorian period
