The "Turn the Table" should be a little more flexible.
To play as Brazil I would have to play Portugal, then release and play as Brazil.
To play as Chile I would have to release it and then play as it.
This way many players do lots of exploits (sabotage to former ruler) before releasing.
Wouldnt be more reasonable to just let us get the achievement if we start at least when the Colonial Nation is formed?

And with that in mind I would add some achievements:
"Malvinas!: as an independent Colonial La Plata or La Plata, own and core the Falkland Islands and there is no English/British cores/colonies in La Plata region.
"I can sea you!" As an independent Colonial Peru or Peru, own and core Arica, Iquique, Atacama and Calama.
"In Vino Veritas": As Chile or La Plata, control all wine producing provinces. Can be done through vassals, protectorates too.
"Mex Habsburg": As Mexico or independent Colonial Mexico, have a Habsburg ruler.
"Mexican Empire": Form Mexico and reach Empire status.
"Panamá!": As Colombia, build the Panamá Canal.
"Bolivar's Dream": As Colombia or Venezuela, own all the Spanish Main and Bolivia.
"The Awakening Giant": As Brazil, own and core all South America.
