Add a decision or event to attempt an abortion, risking scandal, either alone (learning for success, intrigue for discovery), with your court physician (court physician skills for success, generally higher, and intrigue / traits / relationship of court physician for discovery) or with a midwife (gold, randomly generated character as in "search for court physician" decision, always female for success, intrigue for discovery, generally lower change of discovery).
Consequences of discovery severely impact opinion of real father, husband (if not the same, and if husband unaware he is not the real father), justify imprisonment by husband if liege, moderately impact religious vassals,
and, moderately impact close family members, mildly impact dynasts, and additionally mildly impact general opinion, except for family/dynast/general characters with certain evil traits, (Hedonist, Impaler, Cynical, Cannibal, Cruel, Arbitrary) or female characters with said traits, cynical, lustful, or adulteress.
