Right now if I want to build a large addition to my fleet it's really painful to scroll through the Planets tab of the Empire window to find spaceports that have the level and modules I want; not only is opening and collapsing sectors a pain, but once I find a spaceport I want to build from, opening the spaceport closes the window and I have to navigate back to where I was after opening it.

Ideally I'd be able to sort my spaceports by level and filter based on any combination of modules I choose, but just having them all in one place would make my life easier. (Also, being able to set a rally point for fleets is a must. Victoria 2 did it beautifully.)
