Add a pop-up warning when declaring war during truce

So, half of Europe now has over 100 aggressive expansions relation penalty against me, all because I didn't look at the left side of the war declaration screen to see that I was breaking a truce. I had loaded up after a bit of absence from the game, and just assumed that the truce was over.

Yes, I could be more careful, but everyone I know, even other veterans with hundreds to thousands of hours, still makes this stupid mistake every now and then. And I'd much prefer the minor annoyance of seeing a pop-up in the few times I actually want to declare a truce-breaking war, than to have no pop-ups and potentially ruin a campaign every now and then.

especially when u have a cb that spends like 50 lines on stuff, so u cant see the -5 stab until you scroll down, i have around 930 hours, and i have done this many times.
