Add a notification about the end of the "Festival of Worlds" contract with the "Enclave of Artists" (Not to be confused with the "Patron of the Arts" service, which has such a notification-renewal event). The notice of the end of the "Festival of Worlds" service will have to offer an extension of the contract, like ALL other contracts with all types of enclaves in the game.
