Since the Anatolian beyliks are Oghuz tribes, I think they should have a tribal goverment. just like the Aq qoyunlu and the qara qoyunlu. They did not have a centralized system like the Ottomans.

I disagree their states is descendant from the Rum Sultanate and Byzantine Empire it is different from huge Turkoman Confederation.
