It is weird when i'm like 200 years uninterruptely ally with Austria, enough to outgrow them as Albania (!) and suddenly, after a random end of a royal marriage, I end the alliance and boom, attack them as soon as france declares on them too. I should a malus when going at war against a historical friend.
We should get a "Historical Friends" Modifiers after 150 years of uniterrupt alliance or a ratio like 200:1 (200 years of friendship for each year non-allied). It could be a relations bonus or just a stability hit when we hit someone with this modifier.
The same goes for "Historical Rival"... we should get the bad malus after 100 years rivaling the same people.
Is it reasonable?
