Adaptation of photos of the provinces / cities

Good day! Almost everything is editable at HOI ... I would like to change / exchange some of the photos of the provinces (see screenshot above right). An example: The province / city of Leipzig has a standard photo (hill with a green meadow) ... I would like to insert an old original photo of the city of Leipzig instead (just like Berlin has a photo of the Reichstag). But I can't find the folder with the photos and the file with the links between the province and the photo ... can someone help me? How / where can I possibly make this change?

I think it´s in map/map_1/gfx. Could be wrong though.
