Actvie quests are popping out after reloading

I don´t know if it is a bug but after I resume/reloaded my game from yesterday all my active quests are popping up again like the time I recieved them.
Is this a bug or a feature?
If it is a feature it is indeed helpful to help you remember all the active quest you have.
I just want to make sure that it is reported if it is a bug.

It existed in W1 too.

Ok, yes it is a little bit annoying.
But if it´s a feature can you please add an option to disable this, Paradox?
