Hello, on your opinion, what action the various councilor member should be able to do to other people ? (For Action I mean all the thing on diplomacy view, as imprison etc. etc. that technically are called targetted decision).
So, at example, what the Marshal should be able to do to a courtier or to another noble ? What a spymaster ?
I'm asking this because I want to improve my personal(Which I may even release to public when it will be big enough) mod but I'm out of idea. I was thinking to give the power to spymaster to try to frame people paying some money. If he succeed to do so the targetted character got the modifier "vicious rumors" and the liege will get an event. On this event he can decide to imprison the framed character or decide to not imprison it and get tyranny and bad relationship with spymaster (I was thinking about a -30). This action would have a cooldown of 5 years and could be done only on direct vassal of the liege or courtier in the liege court. If the spymaster fail it would take a opinion who make him disliked (-20) by everyone, turn on the cooldown, and a right cause of imprisonment (obviously against him). What's your opinion? And what the other councilor should be able to do ?.
