Some time ago, I start a game to earn achievement, but I enable few mods - one with emblems and tree music. No chievement gain.

If the emblem mod whas shoddy made, it can indeed break your save. Same with the music one.
If you let the game save once with a checksum altering mod, thats it, achivments cant be earned in that game. (unless you alter the save file)

Well, if you cant see any multiplayer games with mods on, and can with it off, that a surefire way to telol that it has changed the checksum.

The ones you compare is the one in the mp menu, and the one on the launcher. (the one in the regular menu is static/broken)

Thats not true. if the mod did not change the checksum it should work.

Im still using the FTL music on stellaris and the EU III music on EIV without any problems (both mod are not updated, no need in reality, but of course, no changes on checksum)

I don't know where the problem is, but the checksum does not change anywhere whether I have mods on or not. Neither the multiplayer menu's nor the launcher's changes ever.

there is a known bug with the checksum display
Well I'm glad that this is a Paradox game and bugs will be ironed out down the road. I'll just hope that it won't take six months to iron out this one.

I'd really hope that the devs make a mod checker or something that shows mod creators how their mods affect the checksum. Because the rules for Stellaris seem to be a whole lot different than the ones for CKII, EUIV and HOI4.
