let's make achievemnt concept engaging by adding some achievements that gives you free dlcs and stuff
There doesn't really exist any other system that has achievements... And its not worth it for us to make our own system for the 2-3% who don't buy games at steam .
Nah, i sold my shares a year ago.. We get the same percentage whereever you buy it online. Steam is about 95% of the market, and i suspect a large part of those buying at places like gg would buy a steam version if that was the only version.
Most of your problems are gone in CK2.The problem is that Steam doesn't like mods - or didn't like them (Steam Workshop). I own Vic II on steam and it is a mess; when I bought it, I bought the "old UI" mod/DLC with it and it broke the game and you can't turn off DLC and yadda yadda pulling my hair out. Point is, if you have to or want to change some of the games files steam will revert them unless you turn patching off and fix whatever broke the game by hand. Which is less of an ideal solution, I hope you agree.
w00t!!!!There is a high likelihood of steam achievements.
You forgot to turn on the Ironman mode? For some reason my achievements won't work?

If you implement Steam Workshop support I don't have an issue with buying EU IV on Steam. But under current circumstances I steer clear of Paradox Games on Steam.
That's fine. At least we have one topic with Achievements stuff.Uber necro
