I believe that one of the core features that is missing from the Australian region currently for most players is "something to do" once you have reformed and conquered the entire region. Hence, I believe some additional achievements would assist some players with finding the region more enjoyable to play in.

Eora a Sikh Mann: as Eora, convert to the Sikh faith and own the province of Mann.
Top End Wedding: as Tiwi, have a royal marriage with a great power.

The first one was an idea I saw somewhere on YouTube one time, but have forgotten where and who suggested it. The idea behind this one is that it is meant to sound like the sentence "you're a sick man" which continues on Paradox's long running tradition of Sikh puns. It seems to me to be a hard, but not unimaginably difficult achievement. Technically it could be done with conquering just two provinces (with great luck) but will in great likelihood require a lot more effort.

The second one was based on the Australian film "Top End Wedding" which ties in a lot with Tiwi culture and, obviously, marriage. It seems to me to be a bit more of an interesting rather than difficult achievement. Once you have converted to an appropriate religion it becomes a game of getting the attention of one of the great powers.

An additional suggestion as a more general achievement for any of the Australian nations.

Tell them they're dreaming: as a nation with the Alcheringa religion, have the Rainbow Serpent cult activated and earn 10 monarch points per month in each category.

"Tell them they're dreaming" is a common quote in Australia, and dreaming also refers to the Dreamtime stories of the First Nation's peoples. Unlocking the Rainbow Serpent cult requires unlocking all other cults which would be a sizable campaign already (while requiring you to stay as Alcheringa), as well as either having good luck with a ruler or investing in advisors.
