Account remains unverified after over three years.

It evidently hasn't been an issue until now, but I pre-ordered AoW Planetfall on XbOne and proceeded to login... but couldn't. Requested a password reset that never came, tooled around on ParaPlaz account for a bit, did some Googling, found out password can only be reset from ParaPlaz website account page, reset account, still couldn't login... Went back to Google, did more research, found one forum post from a ParaPlaz rep saying the complainant's account was fine but not verified and he'd sent another verification email, but be sure to check all folders in email because the verification email sometimes gets lost in transit.

Long story short, I ran a search in my email for the exact email the verification link would have been sent from and found it, completely untouched, sitting in my junk mail folder, the link obviously no longer valid for well over three years. I can haz new verification link email, plz? XD

The Paradox account associated with this forum account was verified just fine, about a year ago.

The issue with XBox is unrelated t your PDX account. You'll see other such reports in that game's forum, is should be resolved fairly soon

Oh, wait, what?? Weeeeeeeird... The verification email literally hadn't been opened yet. Maybe another was sent at a later date...?

Okay, went ahead and checked. Yeah, there were multiple verification emails, guess I never got around to completing the first one. Probably forgot about it when I didn't see it come in. Anyway, thanks for the heads up on the XbOne issue, I hadn't even considered it was system error, just assumed it was a user error of one sort or another. After all, it often is. (And I *know* I'm an airhead sometimes. XD )
