That means that you tried to register an account before (using the same email) but that the registration ended up in our moderation queue. It's an automatic thing that's built into Xenforo. After a set period of time the queue is cleared and any account that gets flagged as failing one or more of the registration criteria is rejected. Since you were able to register again though it was clearly a mistake from the forums side ><.

As for the items not syncing that's an ongoing issue atm that is under investigation.

It was a bit of both if I'm honest ><. The queue should clear itself out after a period of time but I went through it and cleared it out manually over the last few days.

Yes and no. The filter is rather broad and it can be anything from someone using a VPN to an email host that we've blacklisted and it's not always made clear. Now that the queue is empty I'll handle them on a day by day basis and this means it will be easier to spot the spam account from a non-spam account.

They aren't always but some VPNs make it look like a spam IP hence it gets picked up by the registration queue.

Your account will not be deleted . Once the account is approved it will remain approved. The idea behind the filter is to prevent spambots and other unwanted accounts being created and as mentioned before sometimes that means that regular users get caught in the mix.
