Account/Other Problems

Hello,

I recently downloaded CK2 when it was free. I bought a DLC bundle today and I have the keys for them but I get a message that the keys are invalid when I enter them on both the paradox website and on steam. I figured I'd link my steam account with my paradox account to see if that would fix anything. CK2 doesn't show up as a game I own when I look on the Paradox website and I didn't get a key for it. How would I get CK2 linked to my paradox account? Also, when I tried to post this to the CK2 forum, it said I have to link my accounts when it already is. Thanks for any help you can give. If not, thanks for reading my lengthy forum post.

You don't get or need keys for games you get directly on Steam, whether paid or free.

I imagine it said you need to link and sync your accounts; if you do that latter step you'll be fine.

Go into
https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?account/owneditems
and hit Sync Owned Items.

@support: I got CK2 too as the free version. It shows up correctly here as owned item, but not in my account under games and in the paradox launcher.

The Paradox launcher only supports Stellaris, Surviving Mars and Tyranny as yet. Whether old games will be converted to it has not been announced.

The My Games page does have its issues at the moment, but that will not affect anything else.
